Casa can provide for new connections to our Grade 1A Central Monitoring Station for many types of existing Security Systems. Casa can also facilitate Preventative Maintenance plans or arrange for ongoing service on a user-requires basis – all of which is at the end-users discretion.

Casa employ only qualified and competent in-house technicians who have experience in almost every known panel and who also hold specialised certifications in many of the major systems. Casa is one of the few remaining companies to utilise only in-house Technicians which means information stays inside the four walls of Casa, and is not available to people outside the organisation.

For peace of mind, many of our Technicians have degrees in electronics and communications, which provides the end user with added assurance of our support of high end systems as well as smaller commercial and residential applications.
